ACT Testing Information – February 24, 2026

The Ohio Department of Education & Workforce requires all schools to administer the ACT to 11th grade students.

At Canton South High School, the ACT will be administered on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Who Attends

All 11th grade students should report to CSHS at 7:40 AM
No school for students in grades 9, 10, and 12
No CTE programs (Canton South or Perry) will be in session

Testing Schedule

Students testing with standard time will finish approximately between 11:00–11:30 AM
- Students may leave after testing or stay for lunch
- A study hall will be available for students who need to remain until afternoon bus transportation at 2:35 PM
Students testing with extended time accommodations:
- Will have time for lunch during the day
- Will be dismissed upon completion of testing in their assigned room
